“Stop your floral search now. There is honestly no need to look further because Forsythia is the right choice for you. I stumbled upon Amy's company on the Knot and was never referred by anybody to use her. I had previously reached out to about 5 other vendors that came highly recommended on the knot but they either took weeks to get back to me, had a budget minimum or just felt very... dry and uninterested in me. I sent Amy my inspiration and budget, which was originally $500 for an arch piece for the ceremony and she immediately replied with a quote that was well within my budget. Over the next year of planning, I added on bouquets, boutonnieres, garlands for my rectangular tables and some pillar candles because I trusted her to keep my best interest and budget in mind. Throughout the process, I asked Amy so many questions and I know that my budget was WAY less than some of the other brides she works with and she never once made me feel lesser than. She always answered my emails and calls in a friendly manner and made me feel important and like a priority to her. I lost my mother 7 years ago and asked for a small bouquet for the chair where my mother would have sat in at our ceremony. She told me she wanted to gift me a small bouquet for free to honor her - I thought that was so incredibly thoughtful and kind of her. But wait.. she took it a step further. On my wedding day, when she handed me my bouquet, I noticed a small pendant attached to it with a printed photo of my mother in it. What other florist out there is going to take the time to add you on Facebook, find a picture of your passed mother and embed it in your bouquet so that she was right there with me? I am literally in tears writing this review because it was such a small, extra gesture that she went above and beyond for and it sincerely touched my heart to its core. I wish I could give Amy 10 stars! Thank you Amy for making my wedding so special I will never forget your kindness and how important and special you made me feel”.

“What I loved about Amy was that she took time to consult with me both over the phone and in person, showed me pictures of flower types and worked with different budget levels I had to give me incredible florals the day of. We did a family style dinner and Amy even was able to recommend on how much florals might be too much, because we didn’t want to crowd tables where food was. She was super communicative, worked great with my planner and other vendors, and was incredibly kind. I would highly recommend her to other brides!”

“If you've made it to Forsythia Florals page here on The Knot I only have one piece of advice- book them now! Look no further!! Originally our wedding date was set for a big venue and about 100 people. I hired Forsythia Florals and Amy and I worked together about a year out from the wedding to come up with our combined inspiration and vision for the big day. She created the dreamiest vision board that I swooned over for a full year. She is professional, genuine, prepared, and a very kind person- doesn't get any better. Then less than a month before the wedding- I chose to move the ceremony to the backyard of my house due to Covid restraints and policies by the venue. Within the month she revamped our vision and made it WORK in our backyard. It was perfect, stunning, and she pulled it off seamlessly- outside in the heat of July. Our day was better than imagined. Our big reception is 10 days away and I can’t wait to see what Amy comes up with. I fully trust her taste and judgement. Forsythia Florals will be there for all events big and small making all of our flower and decor dreams come true!”

“I am always recommending Forsythia Florals! Amy is so talented, creative, and thoughtful. She is my favorite person I worked with for my wedding. I had been turned down by a lot of florists in Austin because I couldn't match the minimums they had. Instead of turning me down Amy worked with me to make my floral dreams come true! The bridesmaid bouquets, boutineers, huge alter piece, and bridal bouquet were all incredible and the flowers were unique! This really is the best florist in Austin!

“If you are in the need of a florist in the Austin area - your search is over! Since the first day that I reached out to Amy, she was nothing but helpful! I had a vision of what I wanted for my wedding in mind, and she literally brought it to life. We had to make a few adjustments to our initial plan, and Amy was nothing but helpful and willing to update our quote immediately. My husband's grandfather passed away two months before our wedding, and we wanted to incorporate some beautiful greenery that he grew at his home. Amy was able to use some of that greenery in his boutonniere (she actually assembled it day-of at the venue!) and it was so special. On the day of the wedding, Amy was so incredibly sweet and did an amazing job. All of the boutonnieres were beautiful, the bouquets were exactly what I wanted, and the spray she assembled for our wooden arch was everything I had hoped for. I heard nothing but positive comments about her from family members and friends that were helping set up the venue while we were all getting ready. Amy made a point to come introduce herself and say hello before she left the venue. Amazing customer service, so friendly and sweet, and such a talented florist. She was one of, if not the best, vendor we hired for our wedding!”
